Wee-Built Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2007. Wee-built core businesses are on Alteration & Addition, Reconstruction, New Build, Design & Build and Interior Design Works for existing & new residential and commercial building in Singapore.

Lead by a team of motivated workforce and supported by a set of clear work performance standards and procedures in providing quality services always; WEE-BUILT has achieved GGBS, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 & BizSafe Level Star Certifications.

WEE-BUILT’s core business is on BUILDING WORKS in Singapore. Over these years, WEE-BUILT’s has the experience and expertise in managing and executing Building Construction Projects.

Jurong Town Corporation (JTC), Housing Board Development (HDB), National University Singapore (NUS), Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Private Developers namely Jurong Port Pte Ltd, Pontiac Land Private Limited and Contractors namely Kenpal (S) Pte Ltd, NKH Construction Equipment Pte Ltd are among the valued clients of WEE-BUILT’s.

Capital Resources

The Company’s paid up capital has grown gradually over these years from 30,000 SGD in 2007 to 1,000,000 SGD now. The objective is to provide sufficient capital funding to enhance the Company’s objective of steady growth in the construction industry via expansion and diversification. The Company also maintains a strong credit facility (project financing) with one of the leading financial institutions.

Wee-Built firmly believes in maintaining a strong capital funding in order to ensure successful project implementation as well as asserting assurance to its creditors, subcontractors and suppliers on its credit rating.
